I hereby grant permission to Moore College of Art & Design, the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice, as recorded on audio or video tape. Refund Policy Acknowledgement

Written notification of course withdrawal must be submitted to the Continuing Education Department by email to ce@moore.edu. Funds from a withdrawn course cannot be applied to a future ACE course. All refunds are disbursed in the form of a Direct Deposit and require the completion of an ACH form. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of refund form completion for the processing of refunds. If you choose to withdraw from a course, you will be issued a refund based on the schedule below.

Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:

100% refund less $55 before the 1st class meeting
80% refund less $55 after the 1st class meets
50% refund less $55 after the 2nd class meets
No refund after the third class meeting
Students dismissed from the program due to code of conduct violations do not receive refunds
In the event of a course cancelation, students receive a full-tuition refund with no withdrawal fee applied.
