Adult Continuing Education (ACE) Certificate Completion Review Form

Congratulations on registering for the final course in your Adult Continuing Education Certificate!

Please complete the form below with your student information and certificate information for review. At the close of the term, the Continuing Education team will review your transcript to ensure that you have completed all required areas of study.

If criteria is met, you will be sent an unofficial transcript via email and an original copy of your course certificate via postal mail within 4-6 weeks of the term end.
