I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, wherein my likeness appears.
Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Written notification of course withdrawal must be submitted to the Continuing Education Department by email to ce@moore.edu. Funds from a withdrawn course cannot be applied to a future ACE course. All refunds require the completion of an ACH form. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time you submit your paperwork for the processing of refunds. If you choose to withdraw from a course, you will be issued a refund based on the schedule below. Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:
