Program Information:
Moore College of Art & Design hosts the Summer Art & Design Institute (SADI), a 3-credit, four-week residential pre-college program in Philadelphia for young women and non-binary students in grades 10–12.

Scholarships:
Limited, competitive scholarships may be available based on financial need, academic merit, and creative talent. Funds are not guaranteed.

Application Requirements:
Please prepare the following required materials before proceeding to the application below.

Letter of recommendation (teacher, counselor, or mentor)

Portfolio: 5–7 artworks in any medium
International students must also submit TOEFL scores

Family Circumstances: Provide context about unique family situations, such as supporting multiple dependents or single-income households, that impact your ability to pay for the program.
Limited Access to Resources: Highlight any barriers your student faces, such as a lack of access to quality art programs or materials in your community.
Education Priorities: Describe why this program is essential for your student's artistic and academic growth and how financial support would make their participation possible.

Applicants must submit 5–7 original artworks in any medium that showcase artistic strengths, ideas, concepts, and technical ability. We recommend including 1-3 direct observational drawings.
