Our goal is to assist you with any questions you may have about the Financial Aid process. We understand that Financial Aid is one of the biggest deciding factors in a student's decision to attend college, and that it can be one of the most confusing aspects for students and families. Therefore, we are here to answer any questions, quell any concerns, or discuss any issues with you and your family. We offer appointments over Zoom and via phone at the schedules below. Additionally, we are always available at our email, finaid@moore.edu.

Schedule a Meeting With Colleen
We offer 20 minute appointments with our Senior Financial Aid Counselor, Colleen Harkins (she/they). Colleen is originally from Harrisburg and holds a BFA in painting from Kutztown University, as well as an MFA in painting from MICA. Colleen has been working in financial aid for two years and enjoys assisting students in making Moore affordable. When not at Moore, Colleen does yoga and collects miniatures! To book with Colleen, please use the calendar on the left to book an appointment on Wednesday or Thursday.
Financial Aid Student Meetings
Moore's Admissions Office is providing support to the Financial Aid Office during the upcoming two weeks to assist with an easy transition for UArts students, DCAD students, and incoming Moore students during the following time blocks.
Margie Reisert (she/her) is providing appointments on 6/18 and 6/25 from 2:20-3:40 PM. Margie is our Senior Enrollment Operations Administrator and previously she spent two years working in Financial Aid at Moore.
Jonathan Squire (he/him) is available for appointments on 6/20 from 1-3 PM. Jon is our Dean of Admissions and he is thrilled to assist students in any way he can!
Alaina Bailey (she/her) is available for appointments on 6/26 from 3:40-4:40 PM and 6/27 from 1-3 PM. Alaina is our Assistant Director of Admissions and she has been working hand in hand with the Financial Aid Office since she began at Moore.
Kendyl Boyd is providing appointments on 6/20 and 6/27 from 3-4:20 PM and 6/21 and 6/28 from 12-1:20 PM. Kendyl is one of our Admissions Counselors and she is an Alum of Moore!
